While Jurny had a strong visual identity and established brand guidelines, their digital presence did not accurately reflect their shift toward advanced AI capabilities, specifically their "Nia" system.
They needed to simplify the user journey and organize a complex ecosystem of products, ranging from property management systems to guest experience apps, into an intuitive interface. The vision was to build a modern, scalable website on HubSpot that looked unique and custom, rather than like a standard template.
Our team delivered a fully custom marketing website redesign built directly into HubSpot. We moved away from generic themes to create a bespoke visual experience. The delivery included a completely restructured sitemap featuring a product mega menu, custom motion graphics to demonstrate their software’s automation capabilities, and a flexible CMS setup. This allows their marketing team to manage content and track analytics easily while maintaining a high-end look and feel.

Our team ran a kickoff workshop, reviewed competitor sites, and joined a platform walkthrough to understand Jurny’s AI offering, target segments, and problems with the existing website, then defined success metrics around messaging clarity, navigation, and ease of future updates.
One of the main objectives was to showcase "Nia," Jurny’s AI system. A static screenshot of a dashboard wasn't enough to show its real-time automation capabilities. Our team focused heavily on motion design to fix this. We created specific animations that would cycle through tasks like auto-replying to guests or managing listings to show the user exactly how the AI works. This approach created engaging visual stories on the homepage.
Jurny offers lots of different solutions, and the previous website struggled to clearly present them. We improved this by designing a robust "Mega Menu." We categorized their offerings into logical pillars: AI-Powered PMS, Guest Experience Pro, and Add-ons. This structure allowed visitors to see the whole platform without getting lost. We also prioritized the "Solutions" pages, differentiating between Short-Term Rentals, Boutique Hotels, and Enterprise Hospitality.
While HubSpot is a powerful CMS, the client needed a design that didn't look like a standard template. Our design and development teams collaborated closely to build a fully custom interface.
Despite the challenges, such as page limits on the initial HubSpot plan and specific SEO requirements, we successfully delivered a high-performance site that looks unique while retaining the marketing automation benefits of HubSpot.

Over the course of a few months, our Merge team helped Jurny transition from an outdated marketing site to a more focused, AI-first web presence. We reorganized the navigation around how operators think, created custom illustrations and animations, and delivered a fully custom HubSpot build that gives the client control over landing pages and experiments.
The new site already serves as a central asset for stakeholder presentations and future marketing initiatives, supporting Jurny’s goal of leading AI-powered operations in the hospitality industry.
