Does your website need a redesign or a focused update?

You keep adding products or services to pages built for something else. Visitors struggle to find the right information, while your team works around fixed layouts to publish new content. A redesign can address these connected problems across the site.We review what needs to change and what is worth keeping. If the structure still works and the problem is limited to a page or function, a focused website upgrade may be enough. The site's age or a drop in inquiries alone doesn't determine which approach you need.

What our website redesign services deliver

We agree which pages and design materials your project needs. If we also develop the site, the scope adds a working website, technical checks, and project access.

Sitemap and content structure

Sitemap and content structure

We map your pages and navigation in a sitemap, showing where products, services, and supporting information belong. Your team gets a structure for preparing the content for each page.

 Responsive page designs

Responsive page designs

Your designs show how layouts adapt to the screen sizes defined for the project. We include relevant interface states, such as open menus or form errors.

Reusable components and styles

Reusable components and styles

We create a UI kit for the elements repeated across your pages, with shared typography and colors. Your designers and developers get one reference for applying those elements.

Editable Figma files

Editable Figma files

We deliver the approved designs in organized, editable Figma files, alongside project assets and implementation notes. Your developers can inspect the layouts and follow the intended interactions.

A working website

A working website

When we handle development, we turn the approved designs into a working website. The build includes the platform setup, CMS features, and integrations specified for your project.

Build checks and project access

Build checks and project access

For sites we build, we check the agreed layouts, links, and functionality. Your team receives project access and the relevant technical documentation for the site's setup.

The decisions behind our website redesigns

We reorganized Jurny's website around its products, aligned Alta's site with its rebrand, and rolled out Everyday Speech's redesign in stages. Explore eight projects to see what needed to change and what each client received.

Jurny

Jurny provides AI-powered property management software for hotels and short-term rentals. We redesigned and rebuilt its marketing website on HubSpot, keeping the existing brand while reworking how visitors explore the company's products. Website challenge The outdated site made a complex product offering hard to navigate and did not reflect Jurny's AI capabilities. The team needed to explain Nia, its AI system, and help different hospitality businesses find relevant solutions. Our contribution We reorganized product navigation around AI-Powered PMS, Guest Experience Pro, and add-ons, with solution pages for rental operators and hotel teams. Custom animations showed Nia handling guest replies and managing listings. Delivered We launched the custom HubSpot site on Jurny's primary domain and connected GA4 and Hotjar. Reusable modules and landing-page templates let its marketing team update content and create new pages within the CMS.

Know what your website redesign estimate covers

Share your current website and what you need to change. We estimate cost and timing based on the pages and functionality involved, content readiness, and whether you need design alone or development too. We can quote a defined scope or bill for time spent when requirements are still evolving. Our proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, and exclusions. If you add work later, we review the scope and revise the estimate before proceeding.

1

Plan the work

We confirm the project materials and access we need, then agree on responsibilities and review points. Your team approves the plan before design begins.

2

Approve the direction

We map the site structure and design a key page to establish the visual direction. You approve both before we design the remaining pages.

3

Review pages in stages

We design pages and interface states in groups for your review and approval. If we also handle development, we build the approved designs and share working previews for feedback.

4

Check and hand over

For design-only projects, we review the final files with your team before developer handoff. For sites we build, we check the agreed layouts and functionality before your final review and approval.

Plan the move to your redesigned website

With your team, we decide which existing pages and CMS content to keep, update, or retire. We define who supplies and approves the final copy, then scope any content migration and assign it to our team or yours.

We plan redirects for changed URLs and identify the metadata, internal links, and indexing settings the new site needs. We agree who implements and verifies these requirements, whether that is our team, your developers, or your SEO partner.

We identify the forms, integrations, and analytics events that need testing before the new site goes live. The launch plan names who runs those checks, approves the result, and publishes the site. We agree whether launch support and post-launch checks are part of our scope.

Keep your website up to date after handoff

We help your team handle content updates and give your developers the context to continue the work after delivery.

Help your developers implement the design

Help your developers implement the design

We explain responsive layouts and interaction details on a handoff call with your developers. For sites we build, we document the setup, integrations, and known limitations for future development.

On CMS sites we build, your team can update copy through the fields we configure without editing page layouts. We offer training on request to walk your editors through your site's CMS tools and features.

Before you commit to a website redesign

For a 5–7-page website redesign with design and development, use 6–12 weeks as an initial guide. We build your project schedule around the actual work, including any content rewriting, CMS migration, or custom integrations. Your content and approval deadlines are part of that plan, so you know what your team needs to provide and when. Larger sites and design-only projects receive separate estimates.

Yes, if the first release can work on its own. For Everyday Speech, we prioritized the pages needed for the back-to-school launch and continued with additional pages afterward. A phased plan needs to account for pages that share navigation, templates, or migration work. It can help prioritize a deadline, but it does not automatically reduce the total work or cost.

No. We first check whether your current CMS can support the new page structure, integrations, and publishing workflow. New templates or components may solve the problem without a platform move. A migration is worth considering when the existing setup cannot support the agreed requirements or creates maintenance work your team cannot sustain. We compare those constraints with the work and disruption involved in moving.

Yes. We can work from existing brand guidelines and adapt them to the website. For RapidDev, we kept the company's core red while rebuilding the page layouts and visual system. You can also bring a new identity developed by your own brand team. Creating a logo or defining a new brand strategy is a different scope from applying an identity to a redesigned site.

It can. Changes to content, URLs, and internal links can affect rankings. We review which existing pages and content need to be preserved with your team or SEO partner before making those changes. Google notes that rankings can fluctuate during a site move. Migration planning reduces avoidable mistakes, but it cannot guarantee that traffic or positions will stay unchanged.

Yes. When we handle development, we build and review the redesigned site in a separate staging environment while your current website remains live. Your team can check the working pages there before the public switch. If the project also changes the CMS, hosting, or domain, we plan the migration and confirm any expected interruption separately.

We need someone who can approve the work and bring together stakeholder feedback. We also need input from the people responsible for your content and brand, plus a contact who can arrange any required site access. Your developers or SEO partner can join the decisions that affect their work. One person can cover several of these responsibilities in a small team.

We agree what improvement the redesign needs to achieve and how to assess it. For Jurny, we defined success around messaging clarity, navigation, and ease of future updates. For lead generation, compare demo-request conversion rates and inquiry quality before and after launch, using consistent tracking and accounting for changes in traffic sources. For content operations, compare the time needed for routine updates. Analytics setup can be included in the build; ongoing reporting and optimization need a separate agreement.
