About TelQ

TelQ is a worldwide provider of SMS quality assurance services.

Challenge

TelQ needed a modern update to maintain its competitive edge. While functional, its outdated design and user interface were no longer meeting the expectations of users. The task was to redesign the product, focusing on both visual appeal and ease of use, while ensuring that its core functionality—enabling businesses to send and test SMS efficiently—remained intact.

1) We redesigned TelQ's product to modernize its interface, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality for an improved user experience. 2) Our team created an intuitive dashboard design.

Improving user experience

We used valuable user feedback, which pinpointed two crucial areas for improvement. The first was simplifying the text creation process; users wanted a streamlined and easy way to create texts, making it a top priority. The second area was untangling the complexity of the data table, particularly the challenges posed by multiple filters. Simplification was necessary to enhance user interaction and improve overall ease of use.
